Come join Bread for the World Staff, our President Rev. David Beckmann, the All Dulles Area Muslim Society and the Northern Virginia Bread Chapter for an inspiring and mobilizing event on global poverty.  Learn ways that we, as an interfaith community, can urge our nation's decision-makers to change policies, programs and conditions that allow hunger and poverty to persist. This workshop will give you key advocacy tools, legislative updates and creative organizing ideas to make a difference in ending hunger and poverty and to help achieve the Millennium Development Goals.  In addition,  for those interested will have an opportunity to meet with the Northern Virginia Chapter to plan out advocacy goals for the region.

This is a free workshop.  Refreshments will be served.
