Task Force Update

Dear Friend & Supporters,
Thank you for participating in the Task Force´s call to action to bring pressure on the Ford Motor Company to disavow any agreement with the American Family Association and to meet with community representatives to resolve outstanding concerns.
Your responded and it made a difference. As you probably saw in the media, Ford met with me and other representatives of our community on Monday. In a written statement released Wednesday Ford (a) reaffirmed its commitment to its inclusive workplace policies; (b) said it would place corporate advertising in LGBT publications on behalf of all eight of its brands; and (c) pledged to continue supporting LGBT organizations and events.
