Great News! A fully inclusive Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) has been introduced in the US Senate.

We need you to contact Florida's US Senators Nelson and Martinez and ask them to co-sponsor ENDA.

Becoming a co-sponsor shows that the Senator will stand firm with our community and helps build momentum for the bill’s passage.

When passed, ENDA will extend existing Federal protections against employment discrimination to also protect people on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. ENDA creates express protections for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people similar to those available under existing federal discrimination laws for other protected classes of workers.
