Nodak Enterprises has admitted to firing Joey because he has HIV, violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. Lambda Legal has filed a federal lawsuit against Nodak on Joey’s behalf.
As part of Lambda Legal's "Blow the Whistle on Workplace Discrimination" campaign, we're asking Richard West, the head of Nodak Enterprises, to end his company's discrimination against employees with HIV. Please send this letter to Richard West today to let him and Nodak know that HIV discrimination will not be tolerated.
