Just a reminder that the date for our Mortgage Lending Litigation Conference is quickly approaching.

The conference is designed for attorneys, both new and experienced, public and private looking to better learn how to effectively represent the thousands of families in their communities desperately attempting to save their homes. On Sunday we're planning special sessions for bankruptcy and consumer attorneys on how to successfully manage a practice representing homeowners and on dealing with foreclosure rescue scams.
