I just wanted to let everyone that we've extended the early-bird registration for the Mortgage Lending Litigation Conference until August 8th (although online registration for the conference will end on July 31). 

The conference is a great opportunity for attorneys, both new and experienced, public and private to share information and learn the most effective ways to represent homeowners faced with the threat of foreclosure. The conference will begin on Friday at 1pm with Beginner and Advanced Tracks that will run through Saturday evening (see the draft agendas for the conferences first two days here: http://naca.net/News-Events/Event.aspx?item=52349) The conference will continue on Sunday through 1pm with the following 3 separate breakout sessions:

1. Effectively representing homeowners in bankruptcy court
2. How to legally challenge rescue scam schemes
3. Electronic Discovery: How to get information that mortgage companies are not providing.
