At 10:30AM on July 8, CSI will meet with Josh Kalmer, Deputy Assistant USTR for Investment, and colleagues to discuss the negotiation of the U.S.- China Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT). This meeting is intended to help Josh and his colleagues understand our members’ objectives in these negotiations. We will meet at the offices of Microsoft, located at 1401 Eye Street NW; Suite 500. Preparatory materials will be distributed to all participants prior to the meeting.
