Individual membership is open to professionals who are involved with or interested in treatment oriented drug and other problem solving courts. NADCP membership includes judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, treatment providers, rehabilitation experts, researchers, educators, law enforcement representatives, correctional representatives, pre-trial officers and probation officers.

Individual membership dues is $60.00.

Organizational Membership is available to any organization that is professionally involved in the operation or implementation of a treatment-oriented drug court. Organizational Members are involved in essential programs such as local, state and federal education efforts, as well as the NADCP Congress of State Drug Court Associations and "National Drug Court Month."

The dues for Organizational Membership is $275.00 for a team of five or $500.00 for a team of ten.
