Why Register?

To better serve the field, NADCP has partnered with GetActive Software, Inc. to implement a new web-based database, advocacy, and conference services system.   

In the coming months, only individuals registered in this database will receive announcements from NADCP, NDCI, and IADTC.  This includes all listserv announcements.  Sign up today to: 

·        Receive the latest information on funding, training, research, and resources. 

·        Register on-line for NADCP/NDCI events.

·        Make your voice heard in Washington, D.C. by participating in NADCP advocacy campaigns.

NADCP will not disseminate your contact information to outside sources.

With GetActive you will automatically be able to update your information with the click of the mouse.  You will learn about advocacy campaigns in one of two ways: Action Alerts, or through www.nadcp.org.

 

Do I have to be a NADCP Member to join?

No, all individuals registered in the database will receive the announcements, be able to participate in advocacy campaigns, update their profile, and register for events on-line.  However, only NADCP Members will receive the membership benefits. 

What if I am already a Member of NADCP?

If you are already a NADCP Member your preliminary information has been entered in the database but you can still participate in the contest.  We ask that you review and update your member profile.  For example, it is critical that you provide information about the relationships you have with Members of Congress to assist in advocacy campaigns.  So, if your college roommate is the Chairman of the Appropriations Committee we want to know! And with a click of the mouse you can tell us.  NADCP will utilize this information in targeting advocacy campaigns to the field.

Do, I need to join if I already receive the listserv announcements?

Yes, you need to register in this new database to continue to receive listserv announcements.  In the future, this database will be utilized to send all new listserv announcements.

What is GetActive Software, Inc.?

GetActive Software Inc. has been developing online communications solutions since 1999.
