The Virginia Interfaith Center is proud to welcome Dr. Eboo Patel to its annual meeting as The Center casts a vision for the next generation of compassionate community builders uniting faith and community leaders with the drivers of social policies and corporate responsibility.  In a night celebrating the next generation of cultural innovators, The Center and Dr. Patel will lay out a vision for the emerging Leadership Generation that leverages cultural diversity as a way to create more sustainable communities and promote social entrepreneurship.

Joining Dr. Patel will be Delegate Glenn Oder of Newport News and Mr. Ward Scull of Newport News, recipients of The Center's Advocate of the Year awards recognizing their work promoting economic opportunities for low-income Virginians and the creation of fair consumer credit markets.

Event sponsors and members of The Center will enjoy a private reception with Dr. Patel at 6:00 p.m. Dr. Patel will speak at 7pm.

Copies of Dr. Patel's latest book will be available for purchase and there will be a book signing after the program.  The meeting is free and open to the public.
