MobilizeSF is pleased to present a sneak preview of silent auction items. Lots have been generously donated and 100% of proceeds directly benefit Save the Children's tsunami fund.

Auction Rules:

• Silent auction bidding will close in two flights at approximately 8:15 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.  You will find a bidding sheet located below the description of each silent auction lot. If you would like to bid on a silent auction lot, place your name and a specific amount on the bid sheet. Each item has been assigned a minimum bid and minimum bidding increment. Auction lots will close at various times in the evening, and the highest bidder with valid cash or MasterCard/Visa payment may take the item home.
• On the bottom of each bid sheet is a pre-determined “guaranteed bid” amount. If you wish to guarantee your purchase, simply bid the guaranteed bid amount. Bidding on the auction lot will end and you will be the successful bidder.
• Successful bidders are encouraged to pay when their bids are closed, or at 9:15 p.m. when the last flight closes. Pick up silent auction bid sheets at the cashier, pay, and show bid sheet and receipt to pick up items.
• Remember that your donations are tax-deductible - charitable silent auctions are no exception. If you itemize on your individual tax return, you can deduct the amount of the event ticket and the price of the items that you purchase if they are greater than the fair market value of the goods and services you receive.
