The following policy describes the online information practices of Scenic Hudson, sole owner and operator of www.scenichudson.org.

Information Collection: Visitors are not required to register or provide information to us in order to view our Web site. Scenic Hudson collects personally identifiable information online only when it is voluntarily submitted to us via e-mail addresses posted on the site.

Information Use: Donors who make financial contributions to Scenic Hudson via e-mail are put on our donor mailing list. Scenic Hudson will share/sell its donor mailing list with/to other nonprofit organizations for the purpose of one-time use by the borrowing/purchasing organization. The purpose of this one-time use either will be for a specific fundraising appeal or for "calls for action" as they relate to specific aspects of Scenic Hudson's programs. Scenic Hudson will not share/sell any name that specifically has been requested by the donor not to be shared/sold.
