Join faculty, staff, and students for AHC day at the Capitol.  This is a great opportunity to educate your legislators about the value of AHC and the University of Minnesota to the state.

Face-to-face meetings are an effective way to influence legislators.  That is why these meetings are key to building legislative support for the U's full biennial budget and capital requests.

11 a.m.-12 noon  Check-in and briefing – Meditation room, 3rd floor Mayo Bldg. OPTIONAL
12 noon   Shuttle bus departs – departs/returns every 30 minutes–Mayo Circle
12:30-3:30 p.m.Constituents' meetings (meeting will be scheduled for you)
1:30-2 p.m. Rally in the Capitol Rotunda  
     Activities -- cholesterol and blood pressure 
     screenings and more at the AHC information tables
3:30 p.m.   Shuttle bus returns to campus (last scheduled shuttle bus)
