Our Gopher stadium bill overwhelmingly passed on the House floor by a vote of 103-30. Thank to all of you who have contacted your Representatives on behalf of the stadium.
By passing the House, we have overcome a huge hurdle – but we have not won the game yet! We still need your help to ensure that our stadium bill will pass the Senate.
Now is the time to begin contacting your Senators. Let them know that the House has passed this important bill and that you expect them to do the same soon. Ask them to support bringing Gopher football back to campus by passing the University of Minnesota’s stadium bill.
As a constituent, I am writing to you to ask you to support legislation to provide state support for a new Gopher football stadium on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus.
